Excellent service by staff. Convenient linked hotel and restaurant. Varied menu with well-presented food. Generous portions. Central location, close to attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with good aircon. Big and comfortable beds

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the centre of Grahamstown. It's close to everything you may need, including restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, with the option of a bath or a shower. And what a bonus to have breakfast included in such a competitive rate!

The staff are attentive and go out of their way to ensure your comfort. The rooms are well-furnished and have all the basic amenities you could ask for, including a bath for a relaxing soak. Perfect location for city exploration in a charming town. the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the rooms were spotless and offered great views, and the decor was warm and inviting. Plus, the hotel provided free Wi-Fi which is always a bonus.
The walls were thin, and I could hear my neighbors quite easily. the noise from the street could be a bit annoying at night.

I had a great stay at a hotel in a small community. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They were incredibly helpful during my stay and even when I made my reservations. The WiFi was reliable, and my room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Despite the hotel being a bit outdated, I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Great staff, centrally located, comfortable bed
The hotel staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful during our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the town and its many sights. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest.
The hotel appeared to be outdated and in need of renovation. The carpets, fixtures, and fittings were stained and the bathroom tiles had mold growth.

During my recent stay, I really enjoyed the convenient transportation options for getting to the restaurants on High street and to Rhodes' University from this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful with any of my questions. Additionally, the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the availability of off-street parking and the reliable wifi access.
It was all superb.
